    Don't have grizzly so Delta is my choice, they sent a complete replacement switch including the mount after I just asked for a switch which had been broken in shipment. Overnite to boot!

    I've never had to call customer service on any of the tools that I have, but with Grizzly it's easy to find replacement parts and such on their website for quick ordering.

    I have the following power tools in my shop. Bosch, Porter Cable, DeWalt, Jet, Powermatic, Rikon and Makita. I have never had to call customer service on any of them.
